Fees for the 2026-2027 academic year
Please see the tables below for an outline of our fees and payment deadlines. Financial circumstances should not be a barrier to singing in Rutland Youth Choirs. Free places are available, as well as varying degrees of financial assistance to cover young singers' membership fees. You can make a request for financial support on our registration form, and this will be treated in strict confidence.
If there are one or more siblings in the choir(s), each fee is discounted by 10%.
There is a one-off joining fee of £10 which covers the cost of your polo shirt and choir folder/music.
Young Voices
Annual membership of Young Voices is £180, paid in three termly instalments.
Junior Choir and Senior Choir
Annual membership of Junior Choir and Senior Choir is £225, paid in three termly instalments. All members of Junior and Senior Choir are encouraged to attend the Theory Club that we offer for both groups prior to the main choir rehearsal - there is no additional fee for this tuition.
Instructions on how to pay will be provided at the beginning of a new term.
New members
All new or prospective members will be offered a free trial session - if they confirm they'd like to continue as a full paying member, information about payment and bursaries will be communicated.
If a child joins half-way through a term or later, the Trustees will agree an appropriate fee for the remainder of term with the child's parent/guardian.
